Today with the swearing in of Barack Obama a.k.a. Barry Soetoro the Whitehouse has been surrendered to the Usurper. It has been proven that a majority of men holding the offices of Representatives and Senators in Congress, and a majority of men holding the offices of Justices of the Supreme Court are all in league together in a conspiracy of usurpation and tyranny. Hence it will be up to us The People to Restore the Constitutional Republic as intended by The Founding Fathers.
The False President will have to step down.
Chief Justice Roberts have stoppped the usurper from taking office however he failed his Constitutional Duty and hence the following situation now exists.
- The usurper has been installed in the Whitehouse.
- Representatives and Senators in Congress have leagued together in a conspiracy of usurption and tyranny.
- Justices of the Supreme Court have surrendered and went in league with the conspiracy.
Constitutional, as their acts of usurpation and tyranny could not be imputed to their offices or to the government at all, but would amount to nothing but the depredations of mere private criminals, this would ex necessitate empower and require “the Militia of the several States” “to execute the Laws of the Union” against the conspirators and their henchmen and hangers-on, according to whatever valid statutes were in existence1–because obviously a criminal gang controlling Congress would not “call[ ] forth” the Militia to suppress its own illegal activities; a gangster perverting the office of President would not command the Militia to arrest himself; and the gang’s co-conspirators on the Supreme Court would always falsely rule “unconstitutional” whatever the Militia did to rectify the situation.
